RETURNS POLICY

Here at Gigi Belle we want all our lovely customers to be 100% thrilled with their purchase from us.

We do understand that buying online can be a bit of a gamble at times which is why we aim to provide as much detail as possible about the sizing and fit of our garments, rest assured however that if an item does not work for you we are more than happy to exchange for a different size, style or alternatively we offer a credit note. Simply follow the guidelines below to make a return or if you have any questions not answered below drop us an email at gigibellefashion@gmail.com.

* Please note Gigi Belle does not offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases; by completing an order with us you are accepting our terms and conditions for exchanges and returns.


OUR RETURN POLICY

​- We require a proof of purchase with each return

- All garments must have swing tags still attached

- You have 14 days from date of receipt to return your online purchase

- Credit notes / gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue

- We do not for hygiene reasons offer returns or exchanges on jewellery, swimwear or bralettes

- Items must be in unworn / unwashed new condition

- All sale items are non returnable
