Here at GIGI BELLE we want all our lovely customers to be 100% thrilled with their purchase from us, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we welcome exchanges or alternatively offer a credit note to use in store or online.
(We do not offer a refund for change of mind purchases, however, if the garment is found to have a manufacturers fault, we will honour our responsibilities under the consumers act by offering a repair, a new item or a full refund)
We do very carefully quality control all our online orders to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.
We do understand that buying online can be a bit of a gamble at times which is why we aim to provide as much detail as possible about the sizing and fit of our garments, rest assured however that if an item does not work for you we are more than happy to exchange for a different size, style or alternatively we offer a credit note. Again keep in mind we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

REQUIREMENTS WITH OUR RETURN POLICY
- We require a proof of purchase with each return
- All garments must have swing tags still attached
- You have 14 days from date of receipt to return your purchases
- Credit notes / gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue (we do extend any unused vouchers simply contact us & we will gladly arrange that for you)
- For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings, swimwear, underwear or bralettes.
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed & in new condition, the garment must not have any presence of make up, fake tan, perfume, or deodorant.
- All sale items are non returnable (unless deemed faulty) and we do not accept exchange on sale stock so please choose carefully, if you have any questions regarding fit etc of a garment. please feel free to ask us by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, phoning our store or message us on our instagram page and we'll be happy to assist you with any queries!
- Our online orders are inspected for flaws prior to sending, however if an item is found to have a manufacturers fault we will do our utmost under the consumers act to offer a solution by offering a replacement, repair or a full refund.
- If you do require an exchange on a full price item please send the tracked parcel back to us with a note on which item you'd like to exchange for if you would prefer a credit note please let us know.
- We unfortunately do not 'hold items' until your return arrives for exchange, this is because we carry limited stock.
- Any returns will be processed within 5-10 working days, you should receive a text message or email with your online credit between this timeframe, if you do not receive a store credit after 10 working days, please contact us at email@example.com, message us on insta, or phone 07 377 8504
- Please contact us prior to returning your item, any items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted
- We do not cover the postage fees for the item to be sent back to us
- Please include a brief note with the reason for your return and your contact information
- With every returned item we retain the initial postage fee on our end of $7.50 for NZ orders and $25.00 nzd for AU orders from the store credit that is issued. For exchanges we do charge a small fee of $7.50. (Please note this fee only applies if the the entire order is returned, if you choose to keep an item from your order we do not charge a fee)
